Sign up, then create a contact list. You can add contacts manually, paste many at once, or import a file straight into Mailsoftly. Next, build an audience: say you import 5,000 contacts and want only the sales team. Filter them into their own list, then send personalized emails just to that group. When the campaign is out, check your statistics to see who opened, who did not, and who clicked.

You start from a contact list, which can hold one person or thousands. On the sending side we authenticate your domain and configure your DKIM and SPF records, and if you use a dedicated IP we send from it. We never spike your volume; emails go out gradually so your reputation stays healthy.

You can send for free as long as you authenticate your domain with Mailsoftly. The Free plan includes 2,000 emails per month and a limit of 500 contacts. Once you pass those limits, you upgrade to a paid plan.

Mailsoftly is free to start. The Free plan gives you 500 contacts and a 2,000 email monthly limit. To send from your own domain, upgrade your plan. Basic is $49 per month with 5,000 contacts and a 40,000 email limit. Business is $99 per month with 15,000 contacts and a 150,000 email limit. Premium is $199 per month with 30,000 contacts and a 300,000 email limit, plus a dedicated IP for stronger delivery. Need something larger? If you are already on a plan, open My Account. Go to Pricing to change plans in one click, whenever you want. If you pass your contact limit you will need to upgrade; if your list shrinks you can downgrade. When you change mid month we credit you for the unused time. You enter your card details to change plans through a trusted third party payment provider; we never store your card, because your privacy comes first.

Mailsoftly connects with many third party apps, and if your provider offers SMTP you can plug that in too. You also get a REST API and webhooks, so you can wire Mailsoftly into almost any tool in your stack. Inside the app you get your contacts, detailed statistics, and an interface that stays easy to use.
