Build your brand kit
Build your Mailsoftly brand kit with your logo and brand colors, so every email you design starts on brand instead of needing manual tweaks each time.
Your brand kit is the single place your logo and brand colors live, and the editor pulls from it every time you design an email. This guide shows how to set it up so your emails start on brand.
You will create your brand kit from your website, open the editor to fine tune your colors and logo, then see how those choices flow into the email editor. Each step shows the screen you will use.
See your brand kit
Open your brand kit to get started. Enter your Business website or domain and press Create my brand kit, and Mailsoftly fetches your logo, pulls a set of brand colors, and even builds a starter email design from your site. When it finishes, you have a ready made palette that your emails and your subscriber unsubscribe page already use. Setting this up once saves you from picking the same colors by hand on every email.
The brand kit belongs to the whole workspace, so only workspace admins can edit it or apply it across the account. If you are not an admin, the brand kit entry points do not appear for you at all.
Now refine what it captured.

Open the brand kit editor
Open the editor to change what your brand kit holds. The Source website field lets you Fetch from this site again to re pull assets while keeping your hand edits. Under Logo you can upload your own file, paste a URL, or pick from your images. Brand colors is an ordered palette of up to eight swatches you can drag to reorder, and the first color is treated as your primary. Fields for your Brand name, a one line pitch, and social links round it out.
Take a moment to get these right, since every email you design will build on them.

Save your colors and logo
Arrange your palette, set your logo, and press Save changes. From then on your emails use your brand kit automatically, and the email editor gives you a My brand color theme you can apply to a whole design in one click. If you want the same look beyond email, the Use across my account option pushes your logo, primary color, and company name to your company profile and your subscriber preference page too.
With your brand kit saved, open the visual editor and apply the My brand theme in one click. Every new email starts on brand instead of a blank slate.
With your brand kit in place, designing on brand becomes the default rather than extra work.
