Customize your dashboard
Make the Mailsoftly dashboard your own. Enter Customize to reorder cards, hide the ones you do not need, bring them back from the Hidden tray, and save your layout.
Your dashboard is the first thing you see, so it is worth shaping it around the work you actually do. Mailsoftly lets you reorder its cards, hide the ones you never read, and bring any of them back later.
This guide shows you how to enter edit mode, rearrange the page, and save a layout that opens the way you left it.
Open Customize on your dashboard
Your dashboard is built from cards, each showing one slice of your account: Quick actions, Performance, Audience growth, Recent campaigns, Deliverability, and Account totals. Not every card matters to every team, so you can rearrange them.
- In the dashboard header, find the Customize button, labelled "Rearrange, hide or show every card on this page".
- Take a moment to notice which cards you read first and which you skip, so you know what to move or hide.

Reorder and hide cards
Press Customize to enter edit mode. An "Editing your dashboard" toolbar appears with the reminder to "Drag cards to reorder, hide what you do not need."
- Drag any card to a new spot so the ones you use most sit up top.
- Hide a card you do not need, and it drops into the Hidden tray at the edge of the page.
- The Hidden tray holds a chip for every hidden card, so you can re-add one with a single click whenever you want it back.
Arranging the page around your real workflow means the numbers you care about are always the first thing you see.
Save your layout
When the page looks right, lock it in.
- Choose Save and close to keep your layout, and Mailsoftly confirms with a "Dashboard saved" toast.
- Changed your mind mid-edit? Undo steps back one change at a time.
- Reset to default rebuilds the original layout after a quick confirm, and shows a "Dashboard reset to default" toast.
Your layout is saved, so the dashboard opens the way you left it the next time you sign in.
