Launch faster with the Mailsoftly launch kit, a ready-made set of starter emails, forms, and pages that gets a new account to its first send sooner.
A brand new account can feel empty, so the launch kit gives you a ready-made set of starter emails, forms, and pages to build on. This guide shows what it includes and how to put it to work.
You will open the launch kit, see what comes ready to use, then turn those starters into your own. Each step shows the screen you will use.
Open the launch kit
Open Settings and choose Launch Kit. The page explains that it turns your brand kit into a ready to use set of branded emails, forms, and landing pages in one click, with no design work, all built from your logo, colours, and business details.
If you have not built the kit yet, press Build my Launch Kit and it assembles a coordinated set of branded assets for you. Instead of a blank slate, you begin with pieces you can adapt.
Building or regenerating the Launch Kit is admin only, since the kit is shared by the whole workspace. If you are not an admin, the page reads "A workspace admin can build the Launch Kit for your team." in place of the build button, and you can still Watch the showcase once it is built.
The launch kit is built from your Brand Kit. If you are prompted to set up your brand kit first, add your logo and brand colours, then come back so the starters land on brand.

See what comes ready to use
Press Watch the showcase to see the starter assets play through one at a time, grouped as Emails, Forms, and Pages. Between them you get a coordinated set such as a Newsletter template, an Announcement template, an Offer campaign template, a Newsletter signup form, a Lead capture form, and hosted subscribe and lead capture pages.
Use Replay and Next to move through the reel, then Close when you have seen enough. Pick whichever pieces match your first goal and set the rest aside for later.
Make the starters your own
Back on the Launch Kit page, each asset sits on its own card. Open one to edit it with your words, images, and details, so it stops looking like a template and starts looking like you. Because everything was built from your Brand Kit, you can also press Regenerate to rebuild the set after you update your logo or colours.
You do not have to use everything at once. Start with one email, make it yours, and send it. You can come back for the rest.
With the launch kit adapted to your brand, your first send is much closer than starting from scratch.
