Manage your profile and notifications
Set up your personal Mailsoftly profile and choose the notifications you receive, so your account details stay current and important updates reach you.
Your profile is where your own account lives, separate from your company details. This guide shows how to keep your personal information current and how to stay on top of the notifications Mailsoftly sends you.
You will open your profile, update your name and preferences, then review the notification center so the right updates reach you and nothing important slips by. Each step shows the screen you will use.
Open your profile
Go to your Profile to see the personal details tied to your login. This is your own account, kept apart from the company profile that appears in your emails. The Account Information card shows your photo alongside your name and email, and a Preferences card sits below it. Your email address is shown here for reference rather than edited on this screen.
Keep this screen handy whenever your details change.

Update your name and preferences
In Account Information, upload a photo and edit your first and last name so teammates recognize you across the account. The Preferences card is where you set your Language, Time Zone, and Theme, so the app reads and reports the way you expect. Press Save Changes and your updates take effect right away. To change your password or turn on two step verification, head to the separate Security page instead.
Save your changes, then turn to how updates reach you.

Review your notifications
Open the notification center to see every announcement and notice visible to your team, from product updates to items that need action, gathered into one feed. Filters let you switch between All, What’s new, and Action required, and a Categories rail groups messages so you can scan for exactly the kind of update you care about.
Check the notification center after a send. It is the quickest way to see what happened without leaving the app.

Stay caught up on what matters
Use the filters to focus on Action required when you need to act, or What’s new when you just want the latest. When you have read through the feed, press Mark all as read to clear it, so the next important update stands out instead of getting lost in a long list.
With your profile current and your notifications under control, your account works the way you want it to.
