Publish a landing page
Build and publish a landing page in Mailsoftly with the drag and drop editor, share it from the page studio, then track visits and submissions.
A landing page gives your campaign a home: a single focused page built to capture signups or promote one offer. Mailsoftly lets you build it visually and publish it in minutes, with no separate website needed.
This guide takes you from your pages manager to a live, shareable page, and on to the numbers it brings back. Each step shows the exact screen you will work in.
Open your pages manager
Start in the Pages area from the left menu. The header sums up where you stand, telling you how many pages are live and reachable right now, and status tabs across the top, All, Live, Drafts, and Archived, each with a live count, split the rest up. Press New page to start one.
Every page is a card: a thumbnail, its name, and a kebab menu. The status chip sitting on the thumbnail is also the publish control. On a live page it offers to take the page offline, and on a draft it invites you to publish, first confirming with "Publish this page?" and reminding you that it will be publicly reachable at its link. A toast confirms either way, and it carries an undo if you change your mind.
Hover a card and an overlay gives you Open, Edit design, the public URL with Copy link, and lifetime counters for visits and form submissions. The kebab holds the same actions plus Duplicate, Archive or Restore, and Delete, so you can run the whole list without opening the editor once.
Pick a page to edit, or start a new one, then move into the builder.

Build your page in the editor
The editor is a visual, drag and drop canvas. Drag blocks like Text, Image, Button, and Form onto the page and rearrange them until it tells your story clearly. Your work saves as you go, shown by the Auto save indicator, and Undo and Redo sit in the header if you change your mind. A Form block wired to Mailsoftly lets visitors sign up right on the page. Give the page a name by clicking the title, and lean on Insert Template if you would rather start from a prebuilt section.
Focus on one clear message and one obvious action for visitors to take.

Arrange and style your sections
Fine tune the details. Reorder blocks, adjust spacing, and press Theme colors to recolor the whole page to your brand in one move. Open Page settings from the gear to set the Page title, Description, and a Custom URL under Search and browser tab, plus a preview image and favicon for when the page is shared. Keep your most important content and your signup action near the top where people see it first.
When the page looks the way you want, it is ready to go live.

Publish and share from the page studio
Open a page from the list and you land in its studio, with tabs for Overview, Results, Submissions, and Settings, the Submissions tab carrying a count badge. Overview is the launch view. On the right sits a sticky preview of your page in browser chrome, under the line "Visitors see exactly this", so you are never publishing blind. Expand it and a Page preview window opens, which is where the Desktop and Mobile device toggle lives.
On the left, an action rail walks the page to launch in order. The Publish card holds the "Publish this page" switch, the page address with Copy link, and a Customize the URL link if you want a tidier one. Below it, the Share kit hands you a QR code to scan straight onto a phone, a Download PNG, a Copy button, and one tap sharing to X, LinkedIn, Facebook, and WhatsApp. The Launch checklist tracks "N of M done" across designing the page, picking a custom URL, adding a search title and description, publishing, getting your first visit, and collecting your first submission; once everything is ticked it folds into a Snapshot strip showing the last 30 days of visits, submissions, and conversion. The Submissions card at the bottom is where contact capture is switched on or off, and it names the list your submissions are saved to and who gets an email alert about them.
Open the live page on your phone before you share it widely. Most visitors arrive on mobile, so confirm the layout and the signup action work on a small screen.

Track visits and submissions
The Results tab turns your page into a small analytics view. Choose a date range, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or Last 90 days, and a "Today" pill keeps the current day’s visits in sight. Four tiles run across the top, Visits, Unique visitors, Submissions, and Conversion, each with a trend chip against the period before. Those tiles are also the chart tabs: click one and the chart below swaps to it, or press Show all to plot the four together. Underneath, a Top links card shows what visitors actually clicked and a Devices card splits desktop against mobile.
Move to the Submissions tab for the people behind the numbers. The Form submissions table lists every entry, Export CSV takes the lot with you, and each row is stamped with what happened to that address: New contact, Known contact, No email, or Not added.
Your page is live. Send traffic to it and watch the submissions roll in.
