Connect Gmail
Open Integrations and the Google Workspace card, then press Connect Google Workspace Account and sign in with Google. Tick both permission boxes on the Google screen: one lets Mailsoftly send as you, the other keeps the connection from expiring. A personal Gmail address connects too. Choose the list and send from your Gmail
Create a campaign, pick Plain text so it reads like a normal email from you, and choose the list. Your spreadsheet becomes that list when you import it, with a field for every column. On the next step, open From and pick your address under Your connected mailbox, marked Sends through your own account.
Personalize every email
Write the email once. Type Hi, open Personalize and pick First name, and it becomes each person’s own name when the email goes out. Any field works the same way, such as a job title or a date, right inside the sentence. When you move on, set a fallback for anyone missing a detail, such as there for a missing first name.
Check each copy and send
Open Review and page through the recipients to read each person’s own copy. For a bigger list, Send Gradually spreads the email over several days in smaller daily batches, which keeps your Google account safe. Otherwise, send it now.
