Use quick actions
Pin the tools you use most in Mailsoftly. Fill the Quick actions widget from the palette and switch on the header launcher to reach your shortcuts from any page.
Some jobs you do every day: start a campaign, add contacts, check deliverability. Quick actions keeps those a single click away, so you stop hunting through the menu for the same handful of screens.
This guide shows you how to pin the shortcuts you want, and how to reach them from any page in the app.
Find the Quick actions widget
On your dashboard, the card titled "Quick actions" is your shortcut launcher. Instead of walking the menu each time, you keep the jobs you do most within reach.
- The card holds a tile for each shortcut you have pinned.
- Its Manage control opens the palette where you choose what appears.

Pick your shortcuts
Choose Manage to open the "Add shortcuts" palette. It sorts the choices into Create, Content, Audience, Grow, and Account, and reminds you to "Pick the shortcuts you want one click away," up to the limit it shows.
- Browse the categories and use the "Add shortcut" tile to add the ones you want.
- Shortcuts on offer include New campaign, Campaigns, Automations, Templates, Forms, Landing pages, Media library, Contacts, Import contacts, Segments, Deliverability, Integrations, Brand kit, Launch kit, Billing, Settings, and Help center.
Pin only the handful you reach for daily, and the widget stays fast to scan.
Reach them from anywhere
Your shortcuts do not have to stay on the dashboard. In the palette, switch on "Show on every page", described as "Reach these shortcuts from the header, anywhere in the app."
- With it on, a lightning-bolt launcher sits in the header on every page.
- Open it from any screen to fire the same shortcuts without returning to the dashboard first.
- For the account jobs that are not shortcuts, use the search palette instead: type "sign out" or "logout" and the Sign out entry ends your session straight away.
With your shortcuts always in reach, the tools you use most are never more than one click away.
