Contacts with an email address who are not marked as opted out of email or as non-marketing in HubSpot. Opted-out and non-marketing contacts are skipped on purpose, because emailing people who did not agree hurts the deliverability of everything else you send.

Can I map HubSpot properties to Mailsoftly fields?

Yes. Email, first name, last name and company are mapped automatically. You can add rows to send any other HubSpot property, such as phone, job title, industry or a custom property, into a standard or custom Mailsoftly field.

What happens to contacts that already exist in Mailsoftly?

They are matched by email and only their blank fields are filled in from HubSpot. Existing data in Mailsoftly is never overwritten, and suppression lists and unsubscribes are never touched.
