Does Mailsoftly integrate with Jotform?

Yes. Mailsoftly is a native integration in Jotform's Form Builder. Open your form's Integrations panel, choose Mailsoftly, sign in to your Mailsoftly account, and every submission from then on creates or updates a contact in Mailsoftly.

What happens when someone submits my Jotform?

Jotform sends the submission to Mailsoftly right away. A new person becomes a new contact with the fields you mapped, an existing person has their record updated, and the contact joins the list you chose, with any tags you set, ready for automations and campaigns.

Can I choose which list a form feeds?

Yes. Each connected form has its own settings, so a newsletter form can feed one list while an event form feeds another. Tags let you go further and segment people by the form they came in with.

Do I need Zapier or any code?

No. The Jotform integration is native: it is set up in Jotform's Form Builder with a few clicks and a Mailsoftly sign-in. Zapier is still available if you also use form tools that do not have a native connection.

Is the Jotform integration free?

Yes. Connecting Jotform works on the free Mailsoftly plan, which starts with your Google or Microsoft account and no credit card. Jotform has its own plans for forms and submissions.

Does Mailsoftly have its own forms too?
