Yes. Mailsoftly has a native HubSpot integration. Connect your HubSpot account from the Integrations screen, choose a destination list, and your CRM contacts sync into it automatically every hour. No. Every connection is turned on from the Apps and Integrations screen, and Zapier connections are built in Zapier's own visual editor. There is nothing to host and nothing to script. Developers who want deeper control can also use the documented REST API and webhooks, but that is optional.
